General Terms and Conditions of Operating

The general terms and conditions of the Divja Lepota online store operating are drawn up in accordance with the regulations in the field of consumer protection (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and international codex for online and electronic business.

The online store www.divjalepota.si is managed by the company Anja Fošnarič s.p., Divja Lepota, Online Sales, Stanošina 28/a, 2286 Podlehnik. Tax number: 48640557 (we are not liable for VAT), registration number: 7140037000 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) offers its products, and customers buy them.

Ordering in the online store takes place in Slovenian and English online 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Customers can choose products from the product list. All products listed on this page are available while stocks last. The prices for the selected goods are valid on the day of purchase, on the day of completion and submission of the order. The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order (the buyer immediately receives an email about the status of the order completed). From this moment, all conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

Orders accepted are considered irrevocable. The buyer can cancel the order without additional obligations between the time the order is issued and the receipt of an electronic notification that the order has been completed.

The DIVJA LEPOTA online store reserves the right to change the conditions on the website https://divjalepota.si/trgovina/ without prior notice. Accepted changes apply from the moment of publication and are binding for the user.

PRICES OF PRODUCTS

The prices are presented as sales prices, or the seller’s prices, and are valid both for direct purchases via the Internet and by phone, as well as for purchases via pre-invoice (bank transfer). If the price information is incorrect, the seller will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase or offer another satisfactory solution.

PAYMENT TERMS

In the DIVJA LEPOTA online store, you can pay for the selected goods in several ways:

  • Cash in advance
  • Payment by debit payment card
  • Payment by the STRIPE system
  • Payment by Pay Pal system

If you want to surprise your loved ones by sending them our products as a gift, you can write your wishes under the notes or comments in the order.

PROFORMA PAYMENT

You will receive a proforma invoice for the submitted order to your e-mail address with all payment terms for the transfer. The shipment will be delivered when the payment of your proforma reaches our account. The validity period of the proforma is 7 days from after receiving it to your e-mail address.

GOODS RETURN

Upon receiving the package, the buyer is obliged to check the products and immediately notify the company of any irregularities or damage, and then agree with the company to exchange the goods or refund the purchase price. When purchasing through the DIVJA LEPOTA online store, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract (purchase) within fourteen (14) days after receiving the package by informing the company via email or by a phone call.

If the buyer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, he must send or deliver the goods to the company undamaged, in the original packaging (products need to stay in the original condition as at the time of receiving the item) and in the same quantity at his own expense within thirty (30) days at the latest after announcing his withdrawing from the contract.

The company is not obliged to accept the goods if the goods are destroyed, damaged, (partially) lost or their quantity has decreased, unless the matter is treated as a complaint and the goods were in such condition before receiving it, and the buyer/recipient immediately informed the company from whom he received the goods.

A copy of the original invoice must be attached. If the buyer has informed the provider in accordance with the applicable legal regulations and terms of business that he is withdrawing from the contract and has returned the goods undamaged, in the original packaging and in the same quantity within the legal deadline, the company will provide him a refund within the shortest possible time, no later than 15 days after receiving the returned goods.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints are being considered if the product does not have the properties that the seller promised at the time of sale, if the wrong products were sent, or if the product deviates from the order in any way. If the complaint is justified, the seller will replace or repair the product and send it to the buyer at his own expense. If the defect in the product occurred due to incorrect handling of the buyer, the product will be sent back to the buyer at his expense. The buyer can return the goods by bringing them in person or, after a prior agreement with the seller, return them at the seller’s expense.
