If the order is placed and the payment is made on a working day (Monday – Thursday) by 1 pm (Central European Time), the package will be shipped within the same day. If the order was placed in the European Union, the package will be with you within 7 working days at the latest. For the rest of the world, delivery takes 7 – 14 days. Packages are shipped with a tracking number. Packages are not shipped on Fridays.

The delivery price is calculated according to the valid price list of Post of Slovenia.

DELIVERY TIME

The seller will do his best to deliver the goods to the buyer within the stated delivery times. If the buyer orders several items at the same time and the delivery time for some items is longer than for others, we will send the package when the other items or products arrive. In case of different wishes of the buyer, it is possible to agree on sending packages separately. In case the item is undeliverable, we will try to get it as soon as possible. We will keep the customer informed about availability or the order will be canceled by agreement with the customer. When the customer submits an order, he receives his confirmation and the total price of the ordered items or products to the provided email address.
