About me

I have never, ever thought I would actually do what I do now. If I look back, though, all the paths have led me right to this moment, to this part and to this passion. Ever since my early age I have had a deeper connection with the certain energies. I always noticed little details of the world surrounding me. Even the tiniest ones. I always knew I had to reach for the stars and follow the path, which would be mine. Mine and unique.

I grew up on a farm, surrounded by animals and am proud to say I had the most wonderful childhood I could imagine. ๐Ÿ’— I didn`t attend kindergarten and spent the days, when my parents went to work, with my grandparents. Now these were the adventurers and laughters! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ Spending my carefree days lying under the trees, still holding a teddy bear in one hand, I carefully watched and admired the nature, animals and people. Although no one taught me how to read and write, I learnt and gained these skills very quickly. When entering the first grade of primary school, I didn`t have any problems with it, quite the opposite โ€“ I was actually really good at writing! I believe that growing up at home has helped me a lot to become the person I am today.

As a child and later on as a teenager, I always thought I would become a veterinarian. Well, the winds have changed and led me to different directions in life. Soon after finishing secondary school food (or, to be more specific โ€“ everything related to food) has become my passion. Today, I try to combine threads of my master’s degree, nutritionism, traditional Chinese medicine, ancient wisdom and most recent scientific researches on nutrition and its impact on our health. And I try to hand over my knowledge to others on a simplest way as possible, while imagining my life growth as a growth of a tree. Directed to the sun, having arms wide opened.
